Dorset Marketing transformed the BOHO Project's debut into a sell-out sensation with a custom, user-friendly website.

Overview

The BOHO Project was an exclusive one-day music festival hosted in the opulent surroundings of Finca La Concepción, Spain. The event aimed to provide an unparalleled musical experience, featuring esteemed DJs, musicians, and performance artists mainly from Ibiza and Marbella. Our task at Dorset Marketing was to design and deploy a website that would not only facilitate ticket sales but also embody the festival’s unique vibe, line-up, and ethos.

Objectives

  1. Promote the festival, its line-up, and unique atmosphere
  2. Advertise the crucial dates and venue
  3. Enable a smooth and efficient ticket-purchasing process

Challenges & Solutions

One of the primary challenges was to construct a website that was dynamic and visually appealing to our target audience, known for their high expectations when it comes to quality entertainment and experiences. To tackle this:

  1. We utilised WordPress and custom styling to develop a visually captivating layout.
  2. We integrated WooCommerce to ensure a seamless ticket purchasing journey.
  3. QR codes were deployed for quick, mobile-friendly transactions.
  4. A promotional video was embedded to offer a tantalising glimpse of what attendees could expect.

Technologies Used

  • WordPress
  • WooCommerce
  • QR Codes
  • Custom CSS Styles

Please can you send across the details to Oksy, so if we have any other small tweaks she can make these going forward? Thank you again, we are really pleased with the site! Many thanks, Kim
