About this project

A long established training provider offering courses across agronomy, machinery, pesticides, health and safety, and forestry needed to increase course enquiries during quieter periods. Their existing website was over eight years old, content heavy, and difficult to navigate, which was limiting bookings.

We designed and built a new website focused on clarity and ease of use. Course information was simplified, navigation improved, and users could quickly find and book the training they needed. A light refresh of the existing logo helped bring the brand in line with the updated look and feel of the site.

Alongside the website launch, we supported the business with social media mentoring and a structured 12 month content plan. This helped improve consistency, engagement, and visibility during key booking periods.

Within two months of launch, the business achieved its target of 20 days of training bookings, effectively doubling enquiries during a traditionally quieter period. The improved experience also led to a series of 5 star customer reviews, reinforcing trust in the service.
